Das Himmelfahrtskonvent (Hifako) ist unsere jährliche Hauptversammlung und fand dieses Jahr am 15.06.2024 statt. Im Newsletter vom Juni 2024 berichten wir davon und unten findet ihr die Einladung mit der Tagesordnung.

Liebe ehemalige foraner*innen, liebe Mitglieder,
hiermit laden wir euch ganz herzlich zur diesjährigen Jahreshauptversammlung unseres Vereins Juristenrunde e.V. am 15. Juni 2024 um 14:00 Uhr im forum (brüder-Grimm-Allee 57) ein.
Wir hoffen, viele von Euch begrüßen zu können.
Die vorläufige Tagesordnung sieht wie folgt aus:
- Neuaufnahmen in den Verein
- Bericht des Vorstandes
- Vorstellung des Haushaltes 2023
- Kostenvoranschlag für das Jahr 2024
- Entlastung des Vorstandes
- Neuwahl des Vorstandes
- Vorschlag und Beschlussfassung über die Notwendigkeit einer Dachsanierung
- Vorschlag über die Ausgestaltung des Mietsystems
- Sonstiges

Anschließend soll es wie immer ein nettes Beisammensein mit Kaffee und Kuchen und anschließendem Grillen geben.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Ihr uns bis Ende Mai per Mail (an vorstand.juristenrunde@studentenwohnheim-forum.de) oder per Post (an Studentenwohnheim forum, Brüder-Grimm-Allee 57, 37075 Göttingen) Bescheid geben würdet, ob ihr teilnehmen wollt.

We hereby cordially invite you to this year’s Annual General Meeting of our association Juristenrunde e.V. on June 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the forum (Brüder Grimm Allee 57).
We hope to welcome many of you for the event.
The tentative agenda will be as follows:
- New Admission to the association
- Report of the board of directors
- Presentation of the 2023 budget
- Cost estimate for 2024
- Discharge of the board of directors
- Election of the new board
- Proposal and Resolution on the need for roof renovation
- Proposal on the design of the rental system
- Other matters/ Miscellanous

Afterwards, as always, there will be a nice get-together with coffee and cake followed by a barbecue.
